Our host/venue, The Café at The Inn in Benicia, is entering into their extremely busy season. This means we will not have many Saturdays for our pop ups. Good news… we will have a Wagyu Steak House Pop Up on April 25th, 2026! Book a reservation while you can!
As our dates become more scarce… we’re working on a taking the next steps!

Right now, we’re actively searching for our very first brick‑and‑mortar home so we can welcome you in more than once a week and create an even better wagyu experience.

Wagyu is how we celebrated our loved ones. When dining with Chiquo and Eva's, we are here to celebrate you as our family.
Chiquo was the dog that was by my side through major milestones. Graduations, the death of my mother (Eva), marriage, and the one who comforted my wife during chemotherapy. Because of his love, he deserved the most epic steak meals. Before he passed away due to cancer, his appetite was destroyed, but he never stopped loving steaks. As you dine with us, it is our mission to give the love that Chiquo gave me, back to you.
